Next cruise & car show:  2024

 

The All OZ Car Show is an annual cruise and Car Show held in October, organised by the Holden Enthusiasts Club Christchurch Inc. to celebrate all cars Australian.

After varied beginnings, the All OZ Car Show was re-established in the Ouruhia Domain in 2015 and 2016. Due to poor access and growing popularity, we moved the event to the Canterbury Agricultural Show Grounds on Curletts Road in 2017.

The All OZ Cruise has become so popular over the last few years that we have started something out of the ordinary with a North and South cruise, merging 80-90 cars at some point during the cruise to create one big cruise through to the end. This signature merge has worked amazingly well!

Each year, the All OZ Car Show nominates a charity to donate proceeds to;

  • 2017 – The Tourettes Association and Seabrook McKenzie Centre for Specific Learning Disabilities, $1850.
  • 2018 – St John Christchurch, $1666.80. We also donated $250 to Second Chance Dog Rescue.
  • 2019 – Blind + Low Vision NZ (formerly the Blind Foundation), $2849.40.
  • 2020 – Sweet Lousie (provides practical, emotional, and social support to people in New Zealand living with advanced breast cancer). Unfortunately, the event was canceled due to the uncertainty of Covid-19.
  • 2021 – Car Show canceled for the second year running…Car Cruise went ahead within Covid restrictions…
  • 2022 – New Zealand Riding School for the Disabled (Christchurch), $3,874.34.
  • 2023 – Whakaora Kainga Transitional Housing Program (Christchurch City Mission), $3584.18!
